By accessing this website, enrolling in a course, joining the Seed Deep Abbey community, or participating in any offerings provided by Seed Deep Abbey, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this site or enrolling in any offerings.

2. Nature of the Work

Seed Deep Abbey provides spiritual formation, contemplative education, and faith-based inner healing resources.

The offerings—including courses, guided practices, community spaces, written materials, audio, video, and live sessions—are intended to support spiritual growth and personal reflection.

They are not therapy, not mental health treatment, and not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, psychiatric, or therapeutic care.

You are responsible for your own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being throughout your participation.

3. Personal Responsibility & Discernment

By enrolling, you acknowledge that:

  • You are choosing to participate voluntarily

  • You are responsible for how you engage with the material

  • You are encouraged to move at a pace that honors your nervous system and life circumstances

  • You may pause, slow down, or seek additional support as needed

If at any time you feel overwhelmed or unsafe, you are encouraged to stop and seek appropriate professional support.

4. Not Medical or Mental Health Advice

Seed Deep Abbey does not provide:

  • medical advice

  • mental health diagnoses

  • psychotherapy

  • psychiatric treatment

No content on this site or in any course should be interpreted as medical or mental health advice.

If you are experiencing severe emotional distress, suicidal ideation, or a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or local emergency services.

5. Course Access & Delivery

When you purchase a course or offering:

  • You receive access to the materials as described on the sales page

  • Access is for your personal use only

  • You may not share, reproduce, distribute, or resell the content

  • Presell offerings may be released over time according to the stated schedule

Seed Deep Abbey reserves the right to update, modify, or improve course materials to better serve participants.

6. Community Guidelines & Conduct

Participation in any Seed Deep Abbey community space (including Skool) requires that you:

  • Engage with respect, kindness, and care

  • Honor confidentiality and the sacredness of others’ stories

  • Refrain from judgment, shaming, spiritual bypassing, or unsolicited advice

  • Respect boundaries and differences in belief, experience, and expression

Seed Deep Abbey reserves the right to remove any participant from community spaces without refund if conduct is harmful, disruptive, or violates these values.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through Seed Deep Abbey—including written materials, videos, audio recordings, guided practices, branding, and curriculum—is the intellectual property of Seed Deep Abbey.

You may not:

  • copy or reproduce content

  • share materials publicly or privately

  • use content for teaching, coaching, or commercial purposes without written permission

Personal use for your own formation and growth is warmly encouraged.

8. Payments & Refunds

Payment terms, pricing, and refund policies are outlined on individual sales pages.

By enrolling, you agree to the Refund Policy published on the course sales page and linked in the website footer.

Refunds are not available outside of the stated policy.

9. No Guarantees

While Seed Deep Abbey is deeply committed to offering thoughtful, compassionate, and transformative work, no specific outcomes are guaranteed.

Healing, growth, and spiritual formation are deeply personal processes that unfold differently for each individual.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Seed Deep Abbey shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from participation in any offerings.

By engaging with this work, you agree to release Seed Deep Abbey from liability related to your personal choices, interpretations, or experiences.
