Where New Life Takes Root

Seed Deep Abbey is a spiritual formation community for Christian women navigating the second half of life—especially seasons of loss, divorce, transition, and identity change.

Here, we discover that what feels like the end of the story can become
the soil of resurrection.

When Life Falls Apart…

God is not finished with your story.

  • Reclaim your identity beyond your marriage

  • Make sense of your story

  • Take your first step toward healing and wholeness

There is a way to begin again…rooted and grounded.

Seed Deep Abbey exists to guide Christian women in the second half of life into a deeper, more authentic walk with God.

Many women arrive in midlife carrying stories marked by painful loss, disappointment, or unexpected change. Divorce, relational wounds, spiritual disillusionment, or other major life transitions can leave you wondering who you are now and what God might still be doing in your life.

At Seed Deep, we believe God does some of His most profound work in the soil of these very stories.

Through contemplative practices, guided soul work, and compassionate discipleship, women rediscover their identity as God’s beloved daughters and begin to experience the awesome truth of the Gospel:

New life grows from places that once felt like endings.

Seed Deep walks with Christian women in the second half of life who are hungry for a deeper, more authentic life with God; women who feel the ache of spiritual disconnection, the weight of old stories, or the desire to finally become who they were created to be. We serve women who are tired of surface-level religion and ready for the kind of intentional inner work that leads to healing, wholeness, and real transformation.

Seed Deep Abbey might be for you if….

  • You carry father, mother, or relational wounds that shaped how you see yourself, and even how you see God, and you’re ready to heal them.

  • You find yourself repeating painful relational patterns and want to understand the deeper stories driving them.

  • You are navigating midlife transitions such as divorce, empty nest, retirement, loss, or identity shifts, and need a sacred space to process what God is doing.

  • You feel spiritually hungry for something deeper than surface-level religion or self-help spirituality.

Spiritual Formation

Very truly I tell you, unless a kernel of wheat falls to the ground and dies, it remains only a single seed. But if it dies, it produces many seeds. - John 12:24

Identity in Christ

At Seed Deep Abbey, we believe the second half of a woman’s life can become a season of profound spiritual transformation. The losses, fractures, and unexpected turns in your story are not wasted. They are often the very places where God begins growing something new.

Spiritual formation here is not about striving harder or performing better.
It is about surrendering more deeply to the One who restores us from the inside out.

As women encounter their identity in Christ - not just intellectually, but emotionally, relationally, and spiritually - they begin to live from a place of belovedness that reshapes their relationship with God, themselves, and others.

This is the quiet work of resurrection.

Sacred Community

We believe no woman heals alone

Especially in the second half of life, when decades of experiences, both beautiful and painful, have shaped who we are.

Seed Deep Abbey is a community where women are invited to bring their full stories into the light of God’s presence.

Many women arrive here carrying relational and spiritual wounds or seasons of disconnection from church communities. That’s why our spaces are intentionally trauma-aware, emotionally safe, and deeply compassionate.

You are welcomed into a community where women listen deeply, honor one another’s stories, and slowly rediscover the hope of resurrection life together.

Why This Work Matters

Women who discover healing and belovedness in their own stories often become carriers of hope for others.

When God brings resurrection life to places that once felt dead, those stories become powerful sources of healing in families, friendships, churches, and communities.

Seed Deep Abbey exists not only for personal transformation, but so that women whose lives have passed through loss may become gardens of healing and hope for the world.
